Introduction

Employees in a company play a vital role in achieving the success of that company. Employees have to work hard to achieve their goals and a great future. But the life cycle of an employee is quite different compared to others. It consists of many stages which are very important for any employee which also deals with the experience of an employee. There are 12 stages of the employee life cycle. They are:

  1. Attracting the Candidates:

It is the first stage of the employment life cycle. Whenever we are working in some market or a company, we have to attract the people and it is very important in the employment life cycle. The candidate must have a good talent on the basis of this field. Now-a-days every employee has a good knowledge of what they have been working for. Infact, In simple words we can say that the employees are the brand ambassadors for a product they have developed.

  1. Interviewing the Candidates:

Interview is also one of the important stages in the employment life cycle. Interviewing a candidate plays a vital role in the selection of the candidate for a particular designation. Whenever you are conducting an interview, you have to know about the candidate and ask some questions to check whether the candidate is suitable or not. Any company or any business conducts interviews to the candidates to check whether they are fit for our company culture or not. 

  1. Recruit the best person:

Recruiters must know how to recruit a candidate and also to check whether the candidate performs a particular task and completes it within the time in an effective manner. Infact, some of the companies prefer referring to good employees for their company and here they will be getting good training and real time projects to improve their knowledge and efficiency.   1. Employee Recognition:

Employee Recognition is also an important thing which deals with the respect of a particular employee to improve himself. It boosts the skills of an employee to develop and make a company reach good heights. Here, managers will be encouraged to develop and show their work to the co workers and to motivate them to do hard work to succeed.

  1. Offboarding:

Offboarding is also an important stage in the employee development life cycle. Here, we can see that when some employees leave the company, then the work assigned for them will be transferred to some other team or other employees to complete it. The payments for the employee and the benefits for the employee will be provided by the company.

  1. Separation:

When the employees in a team are not capable of doing the work then you should leave that team. Because, it makes you face some failures which are not meant for you. It teaches you that to give you a perfect input on what you can do to make the company which helps you to improve your work performance.

  1. Leaving the Company:

Employees’ time period in any company or any organization will end at any moment which is unpredictable. If your work is good, then until you resign you won’t leave the company. If your work is not good or unsatisfactory then you will be suspended or removed from the company. Infact, leaving the company includes retirement phase, new job, some other reasons, and  any personal reasons.

  1. Alumni:

In simple words, we can say that the corporate world is interrelated and dynamic when an employee leaves the company then he will face other rejections from other companies which are interconnected to our company. Sometimes some other things will happen like old employees will come back to the company or may directly work for a client to solve their problems and get paid.
